It was there that Rick honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of equine anatomy and biomechanics, eventually earning his BWFA certification as a Master Farrier. Today, Rick is a sought-after farrier known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the horses in his care. With a wealth of experience and a passion for his work that runs deep, Rick Graham is a shining example of excellence in the field of farriery.

Jonathan C Graham, son of renowned Farrier, Rick Graham, was introduced to the world of horsemanship at a young age. Under the guidance of a local cowboy named Kenny in Southern Maryland, Chase honed his skills in training feral horses and learned the art of horsemanship. In 2007, Rick would teach at The Farriers national research center where Chase took his first step towards becoming a certified Farrier. By 2021, Chase saw a surge in the horse market and decided to further his studies, obtaining his journeyman II certification. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Chase was approached by the founder of the FNRC to become an educator. After months of intense study, Chase passed the test. In 2022, Rick and Chase were appointed by the FNRC and BWFA to open the prestigious National Institute of Farrier Science and Horseshoeing. With 36 years of case studies and Farrier science as their foundation, Rick and Chase are poised to educate and inspire the next generation of Farriers, ensuring the legacy of their craft lives on for years to come.
